We’re improving our phone experience!

 

At TEKLYNX, we know that no one wants to spend their time on hold.

 

When you call into TEKLYNX Americas during standard business hours (Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm CT), you will get a live person on the line immediately. That's right - no more queues, pressing buttons, and waiting to speak to a live representative!

At TEKLYNX, our number one priority is improving the support experience for you, our customers and partners. So, we’re rolling out a new customer support process to do just that!

 

Before:

“Thank you for calling TEKLYNX, this is Nicole, how can I help you?”

“Hi, I need some help activating my software.”

“Ok, for help activating your software, let me transfer you to our Technical Support team, just one moment…”

 

We’ve made two small but important changes to our customer support process. First, we’ve done away with phone queues - nobody really likes those. If you’re calling during normal business hours, the voice that answers will be a live person, not a recording. Second, our Customer Support team has undergone cross-training to ensure that every representative at TEKLYNX is equipped to handle basic software activation and customer order entry.

 

Now:

“Thank you for calling TEKLYNX, this is Nicole, how may I help you?”

“Hi, I need some help activating my software.”

“You need help activating your software? Sure, I can help you with that. First…”
