We’ve made two small but important changes to our customer support process. First, we’ve done away with phone queues - nobody really likes those. If you’re calling during normal business hours, the voice that answers will be a live person, not a recording. Second, our Customer Support team has undergone cross-training to ensure that every representative at TEKLYNX is equipped to handle basic software activation and customer order entry.
Now:
“Thank you for calling TEKLYNX, this is Nicole, how may I help you?”
“Hi, I need some help activating my software.”
“You need help activating your software? Sure, I can help you with that. First…”
