The Customer Support Technician is a full-time, phone-based technical customer service role, employed at our Glendale, WI location. The individual will be responsible for providing technical support to TEKLYNX' direct customers, resellers, distributors, and sales personnel on all TEKLYNX label design software applications. Job specific training is provided at intervals agreed upon by the Customer Support Manager.
