The Customer Support Representative is a full-time, phone-based customer service role, employed at our Glendale, WI location. The individual will be responsible for answering a high volume of customer calls and facilitate the completion of customer requests, as well as assisting customers with activation and the initial setup of the TEKLYNX label design programs.
