Please send technical support the PocketPC model, Network card; (Some PocketPC’s have built-in cards, like the Toshibas and some uses external cards, like the Dell), How they are connecting to the network; (ex. router with wireless access point), Network configuration (if DHCP, what gateway, DNS, etc), and Network Printer (if you are using one) configuration. |
