I am having trouble connecting Pocket LABELVIEW to my network, what might cause this?

You should check to make sure the PocketPC device is recognized on your network prior to using Pocket LABELVIEW. Check to see if the PocketPC has an IP address. (Note: there is no universal way to see the info on PocketPC and it is manufacturer dependent.)
The easiest way to do this is to go to the DHCP server and look at the assigned dynamic IP table to verify your device is listed there. Once you have the IP address for the device try to ping it from any computer on the same subnet or run Internet Explorer on the device and type in the IP address of the router and see if you get the main configuration page of that router.
