I am getting a 1001 error |

This program can support any printer, provided there is a true Windows based printer set up as the default on the system.
To do this, you simply add a printer from the printer set up screen and set as default (if one does not already exist). Otherwise you will get the 1001 error code. None of the drivers included with our program qualify as True Windows drivers.
