How do I create a field that prompts me for the value at print time? |

This can be done by way of a Form Variable. First you will need to create a Form variable. Do this by right clicking on "Form" in the document browser window, select add, now double click on the "var0", this will bring you into the properties of the form variable.
Check the "display in form" box and under prompt enter in the statement you would like to see at print time. Enter any other information pertaining to this variable field. After you place the field on the label right click on the word "form" and select "form customization", here is where you will turn the "display form when printing" on. When you print a label you will be prompted after selecting the print button for the value of your form field.
