  When I launch CODESOFT why do I get “LPPA one of the components of the program is corrupted please reinstall the software”?
  This occurs when you have installed a version of the Software that does not match the version on the Dongle (key). The dongle controls the version of the Software that you will be running i.e.....ENTERPRISE, PREMIER.

The CODESOFT disc gives you the option to install any version. You will notice that if you take the dongle off of the LPT port and launch CODESOFT you will be prompted with “no dongle has been found” and CODESOFT will run in evaluation mode. Please check the Dongle and install the version that matches the Dongle.


NOTE:If your dongle is CODESOFT/WIN and you have installed the CODESOFT/WIN version from the disc and are still receiving the LPPA error please contact TEKLYNX for further assistance.
